Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at contact@nutravel.in to initiate a return.
2. Approved returns should be sent to: 225, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Alipur, Barwala, Panchkula Haryana 134118.
3. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:

• Return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

• Notification upon receiving and inspecting your return.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Contact us if more than 14 business days have passed since refund approval.
